101 Uses for Stinging Nettles by Piers Warren is an interesting paperback book that I purchased last week from an online retailer.
How much do you know about a plant that most very young children can easily identify?
Well researched and nicely written this book is full of useful information, recipes and unusual facts about the humble and much maligned stinging nettle (Urtica dioica).
I’m really looking forward to expanding my culinary uses of the nettle with some of the delicious sounding recipes as I tend to always make nettle soup!
Well worth adding to you bushcraft library.
